The reception staff was very friendly. my room had modern conveniences and maintained its historic charm. the breakfast offered many options and was delicious. dinner reservations are recommended. The food was amazing!!!

helpful staff packed breakfast room upgrade
The staff offered helpful restaurant recommendations and even prepared a packed breakfast for my early departure one morning. My room was upgraded upon arrival. The building is historic. The spa treatments were superb.

the hotel had a superb location. it was near the castle. the room included a bottle of water and coffee everyday. the staff helped me pack lunch instead of breakfast.
showers was difficult. i wet the whole bathroom. there isnt any wall holder to hold the shower and the ac isnt working.
